Stuart, Managing Director of In:Bloom Management, an ex-professional golfer has spent the last six years in recruitment working with some of the largest financial institutions in the world. 

He understands that the characteristics to being successful will come via a tenacious drive, well-thought out strategy, and a strong work ethic. Stuart has adopted methods learnt in business and now successfully applies these to work with individual artists who strive to break through and bloom in their own unique scene.

A lifestyle change in the last two years has brought about new opportunities for Stuart which has inspired him to create In:Bloom Management.

Vivek Sharma

Operations Director

Vivek, Operations Director at In:Bloom Management, has spent his last few years working in the technology space for a number of hyper growth start-ups; his experience in developing and executing on strategic campaigns and initiatives within billion dollar industries has allowed him to work with some of the largest brands and companies in the world. 

He will adopt a methodical, analytical and data-driven approach to help tackle key challenges and objectives, and will be utilising a number of different technologies to ultimately help drive his decision making process and handle the day-to-day running of the business.

Creative Director

Jason, Creative Director at In:Bloom Management, has gained vast knowledge in multiple social media disciplines over recent years; backed with long storied history in the music industry, whether it be, artist, producer, events promotion or consumer. 

His hybrid experience brings value by combining an instinct for visual ascetics alongside understanding the dynamics of brand awareness; to cater unique content in  order to enable successful themes to benefit individual artists, brands and most importantly fan outreach.
